Welcome to Media PostGoo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our subscription packs (Growth or Dominance), or using our dashboard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services
Media PostGoo provides automated content creation, SEO optimization, and social media management services. Our services rely on third-party APIs (including but not limited to Google Trends, Lumenfeed, and OpenAI) to generate and distribute content to your WordPress website and social media channels.

2. Subscription & Payments

Billing: Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize Media PostGoo to charge the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.
Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $340 applies to all new accounts. This covers technical onboarding, website auditing, and API configuration.

3. Content Ownership
Once the content is published to your website or social media via the Media PostGoo infrastructure, you own full copyright to that content. You are free to edit, remove, or republish it as you see fit.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media PostGoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of traffic, revenue, or data) arising from the use of our automated services.

Cancellation Policy
We believe in freedom and flexibility. You may cancel your monthly subscription to Media PostGoo at any time.

Effect of Cancellation: Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy
Because Media PostGoo incurs significant real-time costs (API fees for Google Trends, Lumenfeed, and AI generation) immediately upon service delivery, we adhere to the following:

Setup Fee ($340): This fee covers the manual labor of our technical team (SEO Audit, Webhook configuration). Once the “Technical Onboarding” has commenced, the Setup Fee is non-refundable.
7-Day Guarantee: If you are a new client and are unsatisfied with the quality of the content within the first 7 days of your first month, you may request a full refund of that month’s subscription fee.
